Bad Boy Enterprises, LLC is certified to qualify (IRS Code Section 30) by the US Department of Treasury for the Federal Tax Credit as a Certified Plug-In Electric Vehicle for 2010. The same models (XT, Classic, and Stretch) will qualify as a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Buggies will be required to be manufactured by BBE with the appropriate street legal modifications that include seat belts, turn signals, brake lights, horn, reflective tape and mirrors. LSV upgrade pricing will remain the same price for 2010: Dealer Cost – $649.99 and Retail – $999.99. Customers will be eligible to receive a 10% credit of the vehicle cost up to $2500 on each of the qualified models. Customer inquiries regarding the credit and their personal finances should be directed to a professional accountant for further information. All LSV units must be delivered to customers by December 31st 2010 in order to take advantage of this unique opportunity.

In order to be eligible for the tax credit, you must buy your buggy from a licensed car dealer. Ethical Approach is a licensed car dealer in California and we can sell to anyone in the country and handle delivery. Most Bad Boy Buggy dealers are not licensed car dealers because they only sell offroad vehicles. Make sure you only buy from a licensed dealer like Ethical Approach to be eligible for this huge tax credit!
