Bad Boy Enterprises, LLC has been qualified (Section 30D) by the IRS for the Federal Tax Credit as a Certified Plug-In Electric Vehicle! Three of our models (XT, Classic, and Stretch) will qualify as a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Buggies will be required to be manufactured by BBE with the appropriate street legal kit that includes seat belts, blinkers, brake lights, horn, windshield, reflective tape and mirrors. Retail cost of the Street Legal Upgrade – $999.99. Customers will be eligible to receive up to $5,590 on each of the qualified models.
